In our article on November 2nd we mentioned that as part of HMRC’s plans for small business R&D tax relief that they would be introducing a formal process for Advance Assurance for small companies claiming the relief for the first time. This followed on from the earlier successful pilot scheme.
HMRC have announced the launch date as 30 November 2015 when they will publish full guidance on the scheme on their website.
